Porthole Painting of Australian wildflowers No 5

$150.00 AUD

A beautiful deep dark blue and white Australian wildflower painting inspired by Gumnuts, Banksia, Ferns, Waratahs and Proteas. Porthole Paintings are contemporary artworks that are both elegant and beautiful and will look amazing in your home.
So, what's a Porthole and how big are they?
This Portholes is a round timber panel 30 cms in diameter (from one side to the other) with a 1.5 cm profile. The actual design is created using white ink over a deep blue painted background. It's a meditative process of picking out the details until a gorgeous totally unique design emerges. When each one of a kind artwork is complete the porthole is then sealed and prepared for life in a home where flowers never die. They are a gorgeous, very unique piece that look fantastic by themselves or in a gallery wall style vignette.
Each artwork is about 30cms in diameter and an original piece, created with love from scratch by Australian artist Rebecca Coulter.
You can hang your gorgeous new porthole on an adhesive backed hook that won't damage your walls. You can purchase them at any supermarket or hardware store.

COVID has disrupted the postal system. When will I get it?

Thank goodness for Tracking, because I can't make any estimates about how long it's going to take for your beautiful new artwork to arrive within Australia. But you will be able to follow it's progress on its way to you via a tracking number.

Orders are posted every Tuesday and Friday via Australia Post and for now, I'm only posting to customers within Australia because of COVID related disruptions to overseas deliveries. Sorry my overseas customers. It's better this way, for now. Less frustrating for everyone.

This one is sold, will you make me another?

Once a piece is sold, it's gone. The good news is that I release new collections as often as I can, so there's still a chance you can get one that you love. You have to be quick though, as there's usually only 8 or 9 ports and the same amount of woodblocks in each collection. The best way to get one is to get the email telling you when a collection will be released. You can get on the list by signing up down below on the "want to see new work?" tab. One your'e on the list you get to shop first so there's a better chance you won't miss out. Good luck! x
