Porthole Painting of Australian wildflowers No 5

$195.00

A beautiful deep dark blue and white Australian wildflower painting inspired by Gumnuts, Banksia, Ferns, Waratahs and Proteas. Porthole Paintings are contemporary artworks that are both elegant and beautiful and will look amazing in your home.

So, what's a Porthole and how big are they?
This Porthole is a round timber panel 30 cms in diameter (from one side to the other) with a 2 cm profile

Each artwork is an original piece, created with love from scratch by Australian artist Rebecca Coulter.
The design is created using white ink over a deep blue painted background. It's a meditative process of picking out the details until a beautiful Posy emerges. When each one of a kind artwork is complete the porthole is then sealed and prepared for life in a home where flowers never die.

You can hang your gorgeous new porthole on an adhesive backed hook that won't damage your walls. You can purchase them at any supermarket or hardware store.
